Requirements for scoping
We develop learning and training systems for organizations under an agreed scope that identifies our role and those of the organization, platform provider and operator. We review the requirements for each role, including those of the National eLearning Center, and obtain the necessary licenses and accreditations before starting any activity that requires them. If we offer a system we own for sale or operation, we first complete its applicable requirements and licensing, with stated terms for use, software licensing and support. Lesson production, video rights and academic accreditation are defined with the organization. SCORM or LTI compatibility and remote proctoring are assessed when requested and are not assumed in every platform.
A system-specific acceptance example
Complete a lesson prerequisite and retry an assessment; enforce attempt policy and preserve versioned scores and progress.
Implementation plan & cost
The discussion starts with users, workflows, data volume, integrations and the existing system. Priorities are agreed, followed by a written first-release scope, cost, schedule and acceptance criteria. Later phases can follow business needs.

Can courses be sold through subscriptions?
Course purchases or subscription plans can be added once access periods, refund rules and payment retry behavior are defined.
Are issued certificates accredited?
Certificate generation with a verification number can be built. Any academic or professional standing depends on the program provider’s authority and accreditation.
Can courses move from an existing platform?
Export formats, file ownership and learner progress data are reviewed first to establish what can be migrated and what needs rebuilding.
