01Getting started

Getting started

What can you help me build?

ALMOUSA provides websites, web and mobile applications, ecommerce, custom software, ERP and Odoo, AI, automation and integrations, alongside experience and design reviews and security checks on software we develop as part of project quality testing. Business solutions cover schools, human resources, fleets, law firms, engineering offices, real estate, construction, project management and other sectors. The service and system pages explain each area; implementation scope, integrations and deliverables are agreed around the project's needs.

Do I need a website, a web app or a mobile app?

A website presents your content and offer. A web app supports tasks, accounts and workflows in a browser. A mobile app becomes justified when recurring use, device capabilities or distribution requirements matter. A product can combine channels without needing all of them in its first scope.

What should I prepare before getting in touch?

Describe the goal, users, three core tasks, the current problem and any existing site, content or identity. Include constraints and an approximate target date. Do not send passwords, client data or sensitive documents in the first brief; a suitable secure route can be agreed when needed.

How do I start the conversation?

Contact us through WhatsApp or email, or use the project planner to prepare a reviewable, copyable brief. No account is needed. An email link opens your email application without automatically sending a message; review and send it yourself.

02Scope, time & cost

Scope, time & cost

How much will my site or system cost?

There is no single price before the scope is defined. Cost depends on journeys, roles, integrations, content readiness, design, testing and operational requirements. Separate launch essentials from later improvements. A proposal follows a requirements review; this page is not a binding quote.

How long does development take?

Timing is agreed after reviewing scope, content, integration access and decision-making. Waiting for a third party can affect the schedule. Each stage should have a deliverable and acceptance criteria rather than an ungrounded promise made before the project is understood.

Are domain and hosting included?

The client pays for hosting, domains, licenses and external services required for the project. Known costs and recurring fees are explained before approval. Accounts are in the client’s name and under their control, with agreed team access. The client is responsible for creating, protecting and retaining backups.

Can online sales or payments be included?

That requires a separate scope for orders, amounts, payment and refund states, and integration with a suitable provider. Card data should not be collected in a generic form. Provider onboarding, fees and applicable requirements need review. This website itself has no payment service.

Does issue handling stop after the final payment?

No. Covered defects continue to be addressed under the software warranty. The warranty does not end after the week of use or when the final payment is made.

03Design, ownership & handover

Design, ownership & handover

Does the work include design or only development?

Our work covers experience design, visual direction and implementation, with exact deliverables defined in the agreement. A project may start from an existing design or a review. References help explain a visual preference; they do not grant permission to copy another identity or unlicensed assets.

How are revisions handled?

We review changes against the agreed scope. For work outside it, cost and schedule effects are explained and approved before implementation. Covered software defects are corrected under the defect warranty without an additional correction charge.

Do I receive the source code?

Yes. Handover includes the source code and project repository, with external components and licenses identified in the agreement.

What do the project studies show?

Project studies explain the problem, solution, technologies and approved qualitative outcomes. The site includes project names, links and screenshots authorized for publication; figures shown in screenshots are not measured client outcomes. Vehicle inspection screenshots and operational data are not displayed. Testimonial authors remain anonymous, and educational examples and the lab are clearly labeled.

Are training and documentation included?

Yes. Handover includes a user guide, operating and deployment instructions, API documentation where APIs are provided, and a walkthrough or training session with detail proportionate to the project scope.

Are the accounts in the client's name?

Yes. Project hosting, domain, and service accounts are created in the client's name and remain under the client's control. The team receives the access permissions needed as agreed.

04Quality & privacy

Quality & privacy

Can the product support Arabic and English?

Yes, a bilingual experience can be included in the agreed scope. It goes beyond translation: direction, numbers, forms, errors, navigation and metadata need consistent treatment. Content preparation and editorial review responsibilities are agreed alongside the rest of the work.

Will it work well on a phone?

Responsiveness is part of the experience, not a scaled-down desktop screen. We review reading, interaction and content order across target sizes. Device, browser and performance testing belong in the quality plan; identical results on every device and network cannot be guaranteed.

How do you approach security and privacy?

Another qualified team member reviews code before approval. Testing covers functionality, integrations, permissions and failure cases according to project risk. We review authentication, input validation, sessions, sensitive data, secrets and dependencies. The process page explains these practices; they are not a claim of independent security certification or absence of every vulnerability.

Does around-the-clock support mean free operations?

Support channels are available around the clock. Included services and response and resolution times are defined in the agreement. Operations, monitoring, and restoration testing have their own scope, duration, and cost under the project proposal.

Do you guarantee first place in Google?

We do not guarantee indexing or a specific position. We can provide clear content, discoverable links and appropriate metadata, then review reports with the account owner’s authorization. Search outcomes are not controlled by development alone.

Do the tools send my answers to AI?

No. The selector, product lab and project brief operate locally without an AI service or automatic submission. Answers stay in memory by default. Transferring a recommendation to the planner requires consent and uses temporary tab storage, removed when read. Opening email does not send a message.

Does the warranty cover new features?

The warranty covers software defects in the agreed functionality. New features and changes outside the scope are assessed separately before implementation.

Who is responsible for backups?

The client is responsible for creating, protecting, and retaining backups. Restoration tests are performed when included in the agreed service.

05Technology & existing systems

Technology & existing systems

Can you connect an external service or system?

An integration can be assessed when authorized interfaces, documentation and access exist. We review test environments, limits, costs and failure handling. Provider approval and availability are not under the developer’s control, and unauthorized accounts or routes are not used.

Can you improve an existing system instead of starting over?

Yes. The review starts with the source, licenses, dependencies and important journeys, with a safe copy. A rebuild is not the default when targeted improvements can meet the goal. Out-of-scope logic and integrations remain untouched, and deployment requires approval.

Does a powerful language guarantee scalability?

No. Capacity depends on usage patterns, queries, storage, integrations, architecture and operations. Registered accounts are not concurrent requests. A useful assessment needs a workload description and representative testing; a framework name is not a capacity guarantee.

What is the best programming language for my project?

The best option fits the problem, maintenance team and constraints, not simply popularity. Start with product type, journeys and data, then compare trade-offs. The technology selector provides discussion starters rather than a final engineering decision or scientific ranking of languages.
