About this policy
Policy version: 8 September 2026. This policy explains how data is handled when you visit ALMOUSA — almousa.dev or contact us. The website presents services, work, guides and tools that run in your browser. It has no user accounts, payments, file uploads or server-backed submission form. External projects and websites have separate policies.
Privacy contact
For privacy enquiries and requests relating to the ALMOUSA website, contact contact@almousa.dev or the business phone and WhatsApp at +966558889690.
Operational and security data
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery and security according to the enabled services. These services may process technical request data, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser and device information and errors, to deliver and protect the site and diagnose problems. The data involved and its retention depend on the service and its settings.
Page visits and performance measurement
Hosting adds Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and performance, such as page paths, referral sources and loading timings. The site code does not send tool answers or project-brief text to these measurements. A page view or a click on a contact link does not confirm that an enquiry was received or a project agreed. This version's code does not activate Google Analytics, session recording or advertising tools.
Tool answers and search
The technology selector, FAQ and system searches, product lab, project planner and educational examples run in your browser. Inputs remain in page memory by default and are not sent to an AI service or analytics server. The migration and agent-control examples use synthetic data and do not call AI models. Use the available restart or clear-input controls in the relevant tool.
Optional transfer between tools
Only after your explicit agreement to transfer a technology-selection result to the project planner, a limited brief is temporarily stored in sessionStorage in the same tab. The planner reads and immediately removes that stored copy and does not accept a brief older than 30 minutes. It is not placed in the page URL or sent automatically. The received text remains visible in the planner for review before you share it.
Email and WhatsApp communication
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, project description and attachments. Enquiry data is used to respond, discuss requirements and prepare the proposal you requested. If we enter into an agreement, the necessary data is used for its performance, delivery, support and applicable obligations. An enquiry does not authorize marketing or another purpose unrelated to your request; any additional optional processing based on consent requires separate consent for its purpose. Opening an email or WhatsApp link does not automatically send a message; review the text before sending. Do not send passwords, access keys or sensitive client data. Providing contact details and an enquiry is optional; without necessary information, we may be unable to respond or prepare a suitable proposal. We do not request national ID or residency numbers for an initial enquiry.
Fonts and external services
Local font files are served from this website. The homepage also uses a typeface hosted by Adobe Fonts; loading it may disclose technical connection information to that provider. Font requests do not contain tool answers. When using email or WhatsApp, or following an external link, that operator's policy applies to its processing of data.
Cookies and choices
The site code does not add marketing cookies. Optional transfer between tools uses temporary tab storage after you agree to the transfer; that agreement applies only to the brief. Current Cloudflare measurement comes from the hosting configuration and is not controlled by an accept or reject button in this version. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser, but this does not necessarily stop hosting request data or measurement that does not rely on cookies. For requests about your data, contact contact@almousa.dev.
Service providers and processing outside Saudi Arabia
Providers needed to deliver the site and support communication may handle data, including Cloudflare, Adobe Fonts, the email provider and WhatsApp when using their channels. These services may involve processing outside Saudi Arabia. Service-provider terms do not remove our statutory responsibilities for data we process. International transfers remain subject to applicable requirements and safeguards; using or naming an external service does not replace those requirements. Data may be disclosed where legally required or in response to a competent authority under applicable procedures.
Data retention
Retention is assessed by data category and purpose: following up an enquiry, performing the contract, providing support and warranty service, and records needed for a legal obligation or an ongoing claim. Data is deleted when its purpose ends and no basis for retention remains, or identifying information is removed as appropriate. A project’s warranty period does not mean retaining all client data for that period; support records are limited to what is needed to provide the service. Operational and security logs and Cloudflare measurement data follow the enabled services’ retention periods, settings and provider policies. You can request information about retention of your data at contact@almousa.dev.
Your rights and privacy requests
Under the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable rules and exceptions, you may request information about processing, access and a copy, correction or updating, destruction, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the processing basis. Email contact@almousa.dev with the subject “Privacy Request.” We request only what is needed to verify the requester. Rights requests are fulfilled within 30 days; an extension of up to 30 further days is possible in the legally specified circumstances, with advance notice and reasons. You may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) through its official channel.
Information security
We take technical and organizational measures proportionate to the data and risks to protect it. No electronic method guarantees absolute protection. Do not share sensitive information that your enquiry does not require. Arrangements for sharing project files and accessing its systems are defined in the project agreement.
Policy updates
This policy is updated when website services, data processing practices or applicable requirements change. If optional analytics based on consent are added, their data and provider will be explained and a way to accept, reject and withdraw consent will be provided before activation.
Processing purposes, basis and consent limits
Enquiry follow-up is limited to the purpose you contacted us about. Where we rely on consent, we explain the purpose and necessary data and allow withdrawal by email. Processing for an existing agreement with you is limited to what is needed to perform it; records required by law are kept for that purpose. Consent to transfer a tool brief is separate from correspondence, measurement and marketing. Visiting the website is not blanket consent to optional processing, and we do not use your inputs to train AI models.
