ALMOUSA’s role
Developing a Flutter and Dart system for buildings, properties, contracts and collections, with owners’ dues, management commissions and unit status brought together in one dashboard.

What we built

We developed a system to organize buildings and properties managed by property offices. The dashboard brings together collection figures, overdue amounts, amounts due to owners, and management commissions, alongside active contracts, vacant units, and contracts nearing expiry.

This provides a central view that helps the office review financial and operational information related to property management.

Implementation scope

How the experience fits together

The dashboard combines collections, overdue amounts, owners’ dues and management commissions with active contracts, vacant units and contracts nearing expiry. This connects contract follow-up to the office’s daily priorities.

Client experience

A move from scattered Excel files to the system, with faster and better collections according to the client's feedback, without a measured percentage improvement.
